SHAPING OUR FUTURE LEADERS

Founded in 2009, Columba Leadership is an NGO whose goal has always been to ensure that hundreds of thousands of young people are given the opportunity to realize their full potential and to recognize their ability to lead change in their own lives, their schools and communities.  Meet Tshenolo Lekopa, a Columba Alumni who is currently completing his second year of a Bachelor of Science degree with UNISA. Tshenolo is also a facilitator at Columba where he partakes in helping others achieve their goals and, in essence, is “paying it forward”. Tshenolo is a conscientious, hardworking young man so when Columba approached us with his story, we jumped at the opportunity to aid him by sponsoring him with a laptop to assist him in his studies. Manitou SA is passionate about contributing towards the future leaders of our country because, in the words of Nelson Mandela: ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.’ We wish you all the best in your studies Tshenolo!
